Each session is guided using immersive 9D breathwork journeys, designed to help you gently access and release what your body has been holding.

You’ll be supported throughout — at your pace, in your way.

MY APPROACH

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.

My work is grounded, compassionate and trauma-aware.

I understand that the body holds the experiences and emotions we accumulate over time.
Breathwork offers a natural way to begin releasing that held tension — without force.

In each session, my intention is to create a space where you feel:

  • safe

  • supported

  • able to explore your experience at your own pace

The breath does the work.
You don’t need to strive or push.

9D BREATHWORK

At the heart of this work are immersive 9D breathwork journeys.

These experiences combine guided breathing patterns with multi-dimensional sound, supporting both emotional release and nervous system regulation.
