THE BYBROOK INTEGRATION SPACE

Your session may have finished
Your integration hasn’t

Welcome back

Whatever your experience during your 9D Breathwork session, there is nothing you need to work out, fix or make sense of right now.

Integration is simply giving your body and mind time to settle, process and reconnect with everyday life.

Take what you need from this space. Leave what you don’t.

There is no right way to integrate.

Take a moment. Notice what you need.

First 24–48 hours

Be gentle with yourself.

After breathwork, you may feel peaceful and settled, energised, emotional, tired, reflective or simply completely normal. Everyone's experience is different.

💧 Hydrate · 🥗 Nourish · 😴 Rest · 🌿 Get outside ·

🚶 Move gently · 🧘 Give yourself space

You don't have to understand everything that happened. Just notice

What do you need right now?
You don't need to do everything.
Just notice what feels closest to where you are right now

Settle

🌿 Help me settle

If you're feeling activated, restless or unsettled, take a moment to reconnect with what's around you.

1. FEEL
Notice where your body is being supported — your feet on the floor, your back against the chair, or your body on the bed.

2. LOOK
Slowly look around the space you're in. Let your eyes rest on a few ordinary things around you.

3. LISTEN
Notice three sounds. They don't need to be relaxing. Simply notice that they're here.

4. BREATHE NATURALLY
There's no breathing technique to perform now. Let your breath find its own comfortable rhythm.

You don't need to make the feeling disappear

Just give yourself a little time to land

🌳 Help me ground

If you're feeling spacey, floaty or disconnected, bring your attention gently back to your body and your surroundings.

1. PRESS
Place both feet firmly on the floor. Gently press down and notice the pressure underneath your feet.

2. TOUCH
Feel something real and ordinary around you — your clothing, the chair beneath you, a blanket, the wall. Notice its texture and temperature.

3. ORIENT
Look around and quietly remind yourself:

I am here.
This is where I am now.

Notice a few familiar objects around you.

4. MOVE
If it feels comfortable, stand up. Stretch, walk slowly around the room, or gently shake out your hands and legs.

Then finish:

Come back to what is here.
One sensation. One movement. One moment at a time.

Come back to what is here

💛 Help me make space

If emotions have surfaced, you don't need to understand them or make them go away.

1. NOTICE
Notice what is here without needing to explain it.

You might simply name it:

“Something feels tender.”
“I'm feeling emotional.”
“I'm not quite sure what I'm feeling.”

All of those are okay.

2. SUPPORT
Find a position that feels comfortable and supported.

If it feels good, place a hand somewhere comforting — perhaps over your heart, belly or arms — or wrap yourself in a blanket.

3. ASK
Rather than asking “Why am I feeling this?”, gently ask:

“What do I need right now?”

Maybe it's quiet.
Maybe company.
Maybe rest.
Maybe fresh air.
Maybe simply time

4. ALLOW
You don't have to turn this moment into another piece of work.

Let whatever is present have a little space, without forcing anything to change.

You don't need all the answers today.

Be gentle with what is here.

If what you're experiencing feels overwhelming, continues to concern you, or you're struggling to cope, please reach out to an appropriate healthcare or mental-health professional.

✨ Help me integrate

If you're feeling okay, settled or perhaps simply curious about your experience, take a few moments to notice what's here.

1. PAUSE
Before moving on with your day, take a moment.

Notice your body.
Notice your energy.
Notice your thoughts.

2. NOTICE
Ask yourself:

What feels different, even slightly?

Perhaps something feels quieter.
Perhaps something feels clearer.
Perhaps nothing feels particularly different.

All of that is okay.

3. REFLECT
If you have your journal nearby, choose just one question:

What am I noticing?
What does my body seem to need?
What has been taking more energy from me than I realised?
What could I give a little less of myself to?
What would I like to carry forward?

You don't need to answer them all.

4. CARRY IT FORWARD
Rather than making a big promise to yourself, choose one small thing.

Something you could do differently.
Something you could do less of.
Something you could make a little more room for.

Quiet. Notice. Question. Experiment. Integrate.

Who are you beneath the noise?

You don't need an answer. Just notice what comes.

A moment to notice

You don't need to answer all of these. Choose the one that speaks to you.

What am I noticing in myself right now?

What feels different, even slightly?

What does my body need more of?

What might I need less of?

What do I want to carry forward from this experience?

No need to find the perfect answer. Just notice what comes.

Come back whenever you need

Your experience doesn’t need to be understood all at once.

Over the next few days, you may notice thoughts, feelings, sensations or insights — or you may notice very little at all.

There is no right way for integration to look.

Keep returning to the simple things: rest, nourishment, movement, time outside, connection and the things that help you feel like you

Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.
